Pilot terms

Last updated 4 October 2026. These short terms cover signing up for the pilot. If we build the product, you'll get full service terms and a data processing agreement to agree before your pilot starts.

1. The product isn't built yet

We're building a tool that lets care applicants answer a few questions by voice, writing or video on their phone. It doesn't exist yet. We build it only if enough providers sign up. Signing up doesn't commit you to anything.

2. The free pilot

If we build it, the pilot is free for 30 days from 4 November 2026, with no card needed. After the pilot it's £29 a month for unlimited roles and up to 3 manager logins, only if you choose to continue. Cancel any time.

3. What it is and isn't

A screening tool. You make every hiring decision. It doesn't do right-to-work, ID, DBS or reference checks, doesn't make you "CQC compliant", and we don't find candidates for you. We're not affiliated with the Care Quality Commission.
